1Accessing the Admin Dashboard

The admin dashboard is your command center for managing the entire Stalix platform.

Log in with an account that has the Platform Admin atau Super Admin role.

Open /admin from your browser or click the "Admin" menu in the navigation bar.

You'll see the dashboard overview: total users, active communities, revenue, and recent activity.

Important: Admin access is very sensitive. Make sure your admin account uses a strong password and don't share it with unauthorized people!

2Managing Users

Manage all registered users on the platform.

Viewing the User List

Open the Users menu in the admin dashboard sidebar.

Use search & filter features to find users by name, email, or status.

Click a user to see details: profile, communities, activity, and payment history.

Admin Actions

Change role — Promote to Platform Admin or downgrade

Suspend — Temporarily disable (can't login until unsuspended)

Reset password — Send a reset link to the user's email

Verify manually — Verify email if there are verification issues

Monitor and moderate all communities on the platform.

Overview

List of all communities + stats: members, activity, revenue.

Moderation

Review reports, delete content, warn owners, or disable communities.

Featured

Pick featured communities to display on the homepage.

4Viewing Platform Courses

Monitor all courses from instructors across all communities.

Course list — All courses, filter by community/status/instructor

Statistics — Total enrollment, completion rate, rating per course

Content review — Review courses if there are reports of inappropriate content

Takedown — Disable courses that violate terms

The analytics dashboard provides an overview of the platform's overall health.

Users

Total registrations, DAU, MAU, growth rate

Communities

Active count, average members, category distribution

Revenue

GMV, platform fee, MRR, churn rate

Engagement

Posts, comments, completions, attendance

6Managing Payments & Subscriptions

Manage transactions, payouts, and subscriptions across the platform.

Transactions

View all incoming transactions (subscription payments)
Filter by status: success, pending, failed, refund
Details: user, community, amount, payment method, timestamp

Payout

Payout schedule to owners (1st and 15th of each month)
Review & approve pending payouts
Track transfer status to owner accounts

Subscriptions

Total active subscriptions on the platform
Monitor churn rate & cancellation reasons
Manual access override (e.g., grant free access for partners)

7Platform Configuration

Configure various global platform settings from here.

Platform Fee

Set platform fee percentage per transaction (default: 10%)

Community Categories

Add, edit, or delete available categories

Gamification

Configure XP per activity, level requirements, and badges

Notifications & Email

Email templates, notification settings, WhatsApp integration

Maintenance Mode

Enable maintenance mode during major updates. Users will see a maintenance page.

Caution: Configuration changes take effect immediately after saving. Make sure to test in staging first if possible!

8Platform Admin FAQ

Who can become a Platform Admin?
Only Super Admins can add new Platform Admins. This role is given to internal team members who manage platform operations.
What if there is illegal content?
Immediately takedown the content, suspend the account involved, and document the incident. Report to authorities if necessary.
Is there an audit log?
Yes! All admin actions are recorded in the audit log. Access via Admin → Logs for transparency and accountability.
How to handle payment disputes?
Open the transaction details, review evidence from both parties, decide whether a refund is needed. The decision is recorded in the audit log.
How to backup data?
Databases are backed up automatically every day. For manual backups or data exports, use Admin → Settings → Backup.
